A new update window will automatically pop up when you open the program. You can choose to update now, skip the version, or prompt again next time. You can also find the "Check for updates" option in the menu bar of the TunePat program. Click to detect new versions.
This may be caused by the network. You can try re-upgrading or go directly to our Download Center to find the corresponding program and download the latest version directly.
If you want to save the converted songs in the order of the original playlist, Output Organized is changed to "Playlist" option. In addition, please add "Playlist Index" in the Output File Name column.
Generally, Failed: 1106 is encountered because your current PC has no audio output device and the music app can't play the song properly, so it can't be converted normally. Please check the connection of your audio peripheral and try to play the song in the music app to see if it is abnormal, and make sure the music can be played normally in the official app before converting.
If you are using a Tidal trial account. Please check if the trial period has expired or if the trial is limited. If the trial period has expired, you need to subscribe. When you use TunePat Music One to convert songs, the default setting in the Conversion Mode section is "Intelligent Mode". In this conversion mode, the program will automatically switch the audio source according to the user's network condition. That is to say, if the original source cannot be read, it will automatically switch to downloading songs from YouTube.
If you don't want to download songs from YouTube instead of the original source, please change the settings. When you choose to convert songs from Deezer, Pandora or other platforms, please change the Conversion Mode to "Web Download". If you choose to convert songs from Spotify, Amazon Music, Tidal, etc., please change the Conversion Mode to "xxx Record" or "Web Download" depending on the source you choose (app or web player). When you select FLAC, WAV, AIFF, or ALAC as the output format, the Bit Rate option is grayed out and cannot be selected. But this means that our program will download the original sound quality by default, i.e. the best sound quality, not just 256 kbps or 320 kbps.
