If you see this message when logging into the TIDAL web player in Tidabie, it is TIDAL's robot verification, not an account block. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and complete the verification.
If the verification module doesn't appear, go to Menu > Clear Cache to clear the cache, or reinstall the program.
This software requires macOS 11 or later (including the latest macOS Tahoe).
If your system is older than macOS 11 and no compatible version is available, we recommend the following options:

The default "Intelligent Mode" optimizes for reliability. Under poor network conditions, it may automatically switch to YouTube to ensure a successful download. To guarantee the audio is sourced exclusively from Tidal and disable this fallback, please select "Record Mode".
Lossless formats (FLAC, WAV, AIFF, ALAC) do not use bit rate compression like lossy formats (e.g., MP3) do. Instead, they preserve all the original audio data. That's why the interface only allows you to adjust Bit Depth and Sample Rate.
When you see this prompt, it means that the song or songs require logging into the corresponding platform account to convert. Please return to the Tidal Music web player window within TunePat and complete the login process for your Tidal account.
